1991

China-Tech was founded in 1991. At the beginning, the company chose the strategy of acting as a single source to provide design, manufacturing, installation, site supervision, testing and commissioning services of ELV & AV systems for large engineering organizations.

1992

In 1992, the company got the award of SMATV License from the Government allowed to operate, install and maintain SMATV systems in Hong Kong.

In late 1992, China-Tech got the award of a HK$16 million contract for supply & installation of Sound Reinforcement, SMATV and CCTV Systems for the new Hong Kong Stadium that was one of the largest and most sophisticated projects of its kind in Hong Kong and South East Asia.

1995

In early 1995, China-Tech was accepted as approved specialist AV system contractor listed on Approved Specialist Contractor Lists qualified for Supply & Installation of Specialist Audio & Video Systems for Government projects.

1996

In 1996, the company got the Security License from the Government allowed to provide design, installation, maintenance, and repair services for CCTV and Security Systems in Hong Kong.

1997

2000

During 1997 through 2000, the company successfully undertook almost all the large scale Auditorium & Theatre Sound Reinforcement System projects in Hong Kong which includes the highlighted Millennium Projects inclusive Kwai Tsing Theatre, Yuen Long Theatre, Hong Kong Jockey Club Auditorium in HK Polytechnic University, Auditorium in Lingnan University & the Auditorium in Hong Kong Heritage Museum.

2003

In 2003, Macau branch office was born.

2003

2005

During 2003 through 2005, the Company got the AV system contracts for 6 out of 7 new sports facilities which were prepared for the 4th East Asian Game 2005 by Macao Government. They include East Asian Game Dome (Macau Dome), Macau Polytechnic Institute Sport Pavilion, Tap Saec Sports Pavilion, Macau Stadium, Macau International Shooting Centre and Macau Tennis & Bowling Centre with total contract value of more than MOP$42 million.

2005

In 2005, following the blooming and flourishing development of casino entertainment industry in Macau, the company has re-focused AV system integration business into casino resort & hotel area.

2007

Our first casino AV system project “Galaxy Starworld” was completed in 2007 followed by another world famous Macau local brand casino, “Grand Lisboa” opened in 2008.

2008

In 2008, Shenzhen branch office was setup. It serves as a base to provide sales & marketing, installation, technical support and aftersales services for projects throughout mainland China.

2012

In 2012, the first BIAMP Tesira AVB networked audio system was installed by us in Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre which is also the first of its kind in the World for this US manufacturer.

2013

In 2013, China-Tech also installed the world first inter-operable AVB networked audio systems for the new Grand Hall in Hong Kong University with joint efforts among engineers from Biamp, Meyer Sound and China-Tech together on site.

2009 ~ 2015

During 2009 ~ 2015, the Galaxy Entertainment Group started to develop a huge Resort in Cotai, Macao called “Galaxy Mega Resort” where comprises 5 world class Hotels, 10 Cinemas and a Las Vega’s Broadway standard Theatre. With our marvelous track records in quality and reliability services, the company secured the AV, BGM, Stage Sound & Lighting system contracts for all Ballrooms, Function Rooms, F&B Outlets, Landscape, Executive Offices and Theatre for the whole properties with total contract value of nearly MOP$100 million.

2016

In 2016, the company successfully completed the new “Wynn Palace” project in Cotai, Macau for the BGM/IPTV/Digital Signage systems with total contract value of more than HK$80 million.

2018

In 2018, China-Tech will complete the installation of Sound & Communications, Production Video and Theatre Lighting Systems for XiQu Centre project which shall be the first completed entertainment facility under the world famous West Kowloon Cultural District development in Hong Kong led by the Government.
